I’ve treated many patients who have had this surgery and there is pain post op but mainly when there is a B.M. so it is important to make sure you do not get constipated. Take Colace or another stool softener on a set schedule to prevent this. Use witch hazel swabs to clean the area- it will help & is soothing. After the surgery they will give you pain medication- don’t be afraid to ask for it. Normally it takes 1-2 weeks to heal, but please get the Colace or it will take longer. Sometimes they do recur (can be hereditary so you can’t do anything about it ), so try to avoid straining which can cause the hemorrhoids. The big thing is also watch your diet for a while so stay with liquids & soft food.Your MD can give you further instructions. Good luck.

Before doing surgery try the following natural solution:
you have 60 days unconditional money back guarantee and it costs only 37$!
Try it and save the painful surgery and recovery.
Good luck!

I had surgery about a year ago. There was some pain afterward. I was off work for about a week. After about 6 months my hemorrhoids returned. I didn’t want to go through with surgery again so I tried this and it worked great. This got rid of them in about 3 days. Also a lot of information here that will answer most of your questions.

The surgery process is not recommended because it typically does not cure the root of the problem. Many that undergo the painful surgery experience hemorrhoids again and again afterwords. I would recommend a more natural way of treating the problem as a whole from the root up.
