Is there any health risks in having public toilet water in contact with a bleeding ****?

Due to the condition of hemorrhoids, I occasionaly get some bleeding from bowel movement. I recently had a situation where some water from a public toilet (I did flush it once before using it) got flashed upward and possibly hit the bleeding area of my ****.
I am very worry if I’ve caught any “bad” stuff from this incident.
