Is It normal for 17 year old girls to have hemorrhoids?
pamelacfc123 asked:
I am a 17 year old female and for the last 6 months or so have noticed blood on the toilet paper when I wipe.
I was just wondering how common is it for girls of my age to have hemorrhoids?
I have not been to see my doctor about it, I am just assuming thats what I have. Because there is no chance it could be anything worse is there?

If you have (or have had) chronic constipation problems, it could be hemorrhoids or (more likely) an **** fissure. Both come from straining… a lot. But if you have been seeing blood regularly for six months, it’s certainly not a bad idea to see a doctor… because, yes, there are “possible” causes that are not so benign.

First off, I would definitely recommend that you see your doctor since it is possible that the blood is from something other than hemorrhoids.
Secondly, anybody can get hemorrhoids. They are enlarged or swollen vein walls of the **** and sometimes the area around the rectum as well.
There are many, many things that can cause them such as too much sitting, too much running, too much exercise, not enough exercise, bad eating habits, and on and on.
Once you have hemorrhoids, for whatever reason, certain things can aggravate them and make them worse. A simple bowel movement can irritate a hemorrhoid and cause the blood that you are seeing.
What I recommend is one of the natural cures for hemorrhoids that are now available. They don’t just give you temporary relief, but they will actually fix the cause of your problem so the symptoms don’t keep coming back.

Always get checked out by a doctor first and then if you do have hemorrhoids there are natural hemorrhoid cures to take care of this problem fast.
I had hemorrhoids and i think i got mine from my very bad diet. I constantly had constipation or hard stools. There were times that the pain felt crippling. Sometimes i would even have pain when im sleeping and it would just come on all the sudden. First it would start in the rectal area and even move into my legs. I guess it was because of the nerves in that area or the body.
I solved this problem naturally and it was the first time i ever tried a natural cure. I am normally very skeptical but the pain was way worst than the money it would cost to find out if it worked or not. So i tried it and it says it cure most people withing 48 hours bout it didn’t cure me that fast. although i will say that i noticed a huge difference right away it took about a week to feel like they were completely gone.
