These do not usually become cancerous. The poor diet/water intake can contribute to other problems within your bowel that eventually could become a cancer source but hemorrhoids are not a common cause of cancer. You can go to WebMd and type in hemorrhoids and read up on the care and treatment of this condition and change the things you can change.

There doesn’t seem to be any association between hemorrhoids and colon cancer.

There are treatments for hemorrhoids aside from diet that you may wish to talk to your doctor about.

Depending on your age, the only way to be sure is to have a colonoscopy and a rectal exam by a doctor. But usually hemorrhoids are not a sign of cancer. Hemorrhoids do not turn into cancer either. That is why colon cancer is so hard to detect without an exam because it’s another silent disease. You can have no symptoms of colon cancer. You can have what they call a fissure which is a tear in the rectal tissue and that can bleed. Or you can have something called a blood filled sac caused from hemorrhoid tissue forming a blood clot like formation outside the **** and that is not cancer either. Sometimes they can remove those but they usually don’t bother you unless they become inflamed and sore. Good for you to change your diet and that should help a great deal.

Hemorrhoids don’t turn into cancer, no. But your health status sounds to me like you are currently carrying an increased risk of developing colon cancer than you need to. This can change. You already know what to do. But the only way you are going to feel better about this for the moment is to go to your doctor and have some formal checks. Then you can put your mind to rest and concentrate on improving your health. By the way, if you change your diet and increase exercise you will find the hemorrhoids appear far less often and will be less troublesome. If you would like some help with cleansing your digestive system and starting a better diet I have added some links below about how to go about it. Best wishes.

The short answer is no, they do not turn into cancer. They do get larger and more painful as people age though, unless steps are taken to correct the problem. Good luck.

    Not really.
You have a lump? Where? Hemorrhoids can be a lump too!
HOT TIP!!! Put white zinc baby diaper creme on them twice a week.
It makes them go away totally!!!
